Brain injury to teen girl involving complete loss of sense of taste and smell.  Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that crashed.  The insurer for the at fault party failed to respond to a time sensitive settlement demand.  We took the case to trial.  The judgment was paid within ten days of the trial.  An annuity was then funded to help provide for our client for the rest of her life.
